SunBird resident Frank Principati recently participated in a National Powerlifting competition at the Horseshoe Hotel (formally Bally’s) on the Strip in Las Vegas, Nev., from Nov. 28 through Dec. 3, 2023. Frank specializes in the deadlift event, and he succeeded in lifting 248 pounds. Every lifter competes in a classification according to their body weight and age.…
