The SunBird 2026 annual assessment amount is $1,500 invoiced in two half payments of $750 twice each a year. This amount is due Jan. 1 and July 1. The second half billing was just recently mailed to each homeowner. If this is not received within the first week of June, please contact the office to review or update our records for the most current mailing address.
