Our Italian Club celebrated our Christmas Luncheon at Floridino’s restaurant on Dec. 6. We had a great turnout for a luncheon that included salad, roll and butter, ziti Alfredo with chicken, ziti marinara, meatballs, and ice cream for dessert.
Our January meeting on the 11th was a game night, with Treva introducing the club to Bunco. Treva did a great job.
The SunBird American Italian Club is open to anyone interested in Italian culture and who enjoys the fellowship and the sharing of goodies at each meeting. Dues are $10 per person, and we meet the second Tuesday of the month, from October through April.
Our February meeting will be on Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 6 p.m. in the Lakeview Room. In this meeting, we will be showing a video of Italian locations as we enjoy some goodies.
