Taco About a Fiesta!

Holy guacamole, it’s fiesta time! Join us on Cinco de Mayo for a fiesta. We’ll be chippin’, dippin’, and sippin’ (margarita specials)! Sombreros and fiesta wear are optional. Build your own Soft Taco/Taco Salad Bar – includes seasoned ground beef, fajita chicken, arroz rojo (red rice), frijoles blancos (white beans), and churros, including all the fixings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, salsa, sour cream, peppers, black olives, jalapenos, corn salsa, and more! Only $12 per person. Please pre-purchase your ticket(s) in the Horizon Room. Deadline to purchase tickets is Tuesday, May 3.
Kentucky Derby Party

Hey y’all, it’s time to talk Derby! Please join us to celebrate a Southern Tradition, “The Run for the Roses.” Ladies, don’t forget your hats. Gents, grab your bowties and join the fun! Stop by the photo booth to get a picture in your Derby Duds! We’ll be having a Kentucky Derby Hat Contest. The categories are as follows: Dapper Dan: Best Gents Hat, Too Hot to Trot: Best Ladies Hat, Hat-A-Tude: Best Handmade Hat, Ride ‘Em: Best Horse-Themed Hat, and Daily Double: Best Stylin’ Couple. Tickets are only $14 and include Kentucky Hot Browns, baked cheese grits, succotash, pimento cheese deviled eggs, derby biscuits, and Kentucky cake! Mint Julep and bourbon specials throughout the event! Please pre-purchase your ticket(s) in the Horizon Room. Deadline to purchase tickets is Tuesday, May 3.

Gather your friends (especially the smart ones) and come out for a fun night of Fame Trivia! No more than eight people per team. No pre-registration required. All brains welcome.
