The annual membership meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ballroom. The purpose of this meeting is to report to the membership regarding the operations of the 2014 year. All SunBird homeowners are invited to attend this meeting.

The amount of the annual assessment for the year 2015 is $850 and is billed in two installment payments of $425. The first half assessments are due January 1 and delinquent January 15.
