Just a few reminders from Patrol as we endure the dog days of summer here in sunny SunBird.
Please be careful as to whom you give your gate code to. For temporary food delivery drivers, Uber/Lyft/taxi drivers, and even your contractors, the Riggs Road guardhouse is open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for visitors to check in. After hours until 11 p.m., visitors can access the property by contacting Roving Patrol via the metal box at the visitors entrance on Riggs Road/Championship Drive. We need the help of the entire community to keep SunBird safe and secure.
Please do not feed the birds. Throwing out birdseed and anything else only attracts unwanted rodents and brings in more birds that leave behind a lot of droppings. We like to keep our community clean and free of these pesky rodents, so please do your part and do not feed the animals.
