I wanted to welcome many of you back to the community. A few of the ACC members and I have been driving around the community and discovered that SunBird really looks great with well-maintained properties, palm trees trimmed and almost weedless landscaping. I wanted to thank all of you for taking pride in your homes and maintaining the clean, well-manicured neighborhoods we have here at SunBird. Every day we have people that come to the HOA Office looking to buy or rent a home in SunBird. They love the clubhouse, pool, the active adult community and I’m told over and over again how friendly residents are. So once again, thank you for making this part of my job easier. Happy New Year and have a great 2016.
