Atlas Tower 1, LLC, is proposing a new communications facility (cell tower) in order to improve the mobile network strength in your area! This tower will be designed to resemble a palm or pine tree and will be located immediately adjacent to the SunBird Golf Course maintenance area on the west side of the first hole green amongst existing trees. The SunBird Golf Club (6240 S. Sunbird Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85249) has entered into an agreement with Atlas Tower for this improvement.
Atlas Tower 1, LLC, is hosting an in-person neighborhood meeting at the SunBird community ballroom (6250 S. Sunbird Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85249) for this project on Jan. 11, 2023, at 7 p.m. and will be available to answer any questions community residents may have about this proposal.
The purpose of the neighborhood meeting shall be to review the proposed project, as well as to discuss and answer any neighborhood or community questions.
