Safety & Self Defense Workshop
There were 33 attendees at the Safety & Defense Workshop on Jan. 30 in the ballroom. They went over how to avoid attacks, recognize potential threats, and protect yourself when in unfamiliar environments, and they practiced various escapes and tactics to defend against the most common attacks.
