Karaoke and DJ Night with DJ Mikey Mike

Join DJ Mikey Mike for a night of karaoke and dancing to your favorite songs. Karaoke will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and DJ from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Bring your singing voices and your dancing moves, and join us for a night of fun! Purchase your favorite drinks from the bar. Everyone is welcome!

Let’s welcome to the SunBird stage, for the very first time, one of Arizona’s premier party bands, Outside the Line! Enjoy an evening of dancing to a wide range of rock, Motown, pop, R&B, and more! Everything from the ‘50s to today, there’s something for everyone! There will be a full cash bar, with pre-packaged snacks only. Tickets are $10 per person in advance, $12 per person at the door.

Free Living Trust Seminar

A good estate plan coordinates what happens to your home, savings, investments, and retirement accounts. You’ll receive answers to several questions. Learn how to avoid it. If you have your plans finalized, find out what may have changed, needs updating or is still applicable in Arizona. Join us on the SunBird patio, and enjoy a jam session and dance party with “The ‘60s Guys!” This is a free event; however, tips will be graciously accepted.
Algodones, Mexico OR Quechan Casino Bus Trip
Wednesday, Oct. 30. The bus will depart SunBird at approximately 8 a.m.
Enjoy a trip south of the border to Algodones, Mexico, where you will have around four hours to spend the day as you wish. Take advantage of discount prescriptions, dental, and eye care; have a delicious lunch, shopping, or just enjoy the festivities of this quaint Mexican town. For those who wish to spend the day at the Quechan casino instead of Mexico, the bus will have a drop-off there as well. Passports are required for attendees going to Mexico. Bus departs SunBird at approximately 8:00 a.m., returning approximately 8:00 p.m. The cost is $40, and includes bus transportation, and does not include driver gratuity. Deadline for registration is Tuesday, Oct. 29.
Kartchner Caverns Bus Trip
Friday, Nov. 8.The bus will depart SunBird at approximately 8:15 a.m.
Discovered in 1974, Kartchner Caverns is a massive limestone cave that’s home to many outstanding features, including remarkable minerals and formations, as well as some winged friends. Boasting the world’s longest stalactite formation, Kartchner Caverns introduces visitors to the mysterious world of caves. Explore the bowels of a living cave and marvel at Arizona’s tallest natural column formation. Tickets are currently available at the HOA office at $48 per person, which includes ticket to caverns and bus transportation, but does not include driver gratuity. Deadline to register is Monday, Oct. 7.
