Patrol Report

Thomas Catri, Chief of Patrol

Another year, 2017, has ended. Bring on 2018 and just believe that good things are on their way.

I would like to welcome all the new residents who have recently moved into our great community. One of the things to look forward to in this new year is meeting new people and friends. Life is too short, so meet all the people you can meet, make the effort to go out and laugh. Most importantly, be yourself. Those who are meant to be in your life will make the time and effort to be in it. Remember, every “hello” leads to a smile, and a smile is worth a lot.

Crime prevention and personal safety for 2018, no matter where you are. Personal safety is foremost a personal responsibility. An essential fact to remember on the topic of personal safety is the importance of being aware of your surroundings. Ask yourself, “Am I increasing the chances that I may become a victim of crime?” Personal crime prevention starts with the use of your common senses, easily ignored, though, in our busy everyday lives. Spend a little time this year and refresh your mind, catching up on some important personal safety tips. Safety tips are nothing new, but it is very important to be reminded of them from time to time.

The SunBird Patrol is proud to serve all those who live in our wonderful community. We look to you to keep us informed as to your priorities, and we ask your help in keeping our community a great place to live.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy New Year! SunBird Patrol: 480-791-8605.
