The SunBird Singers will present their annual spring concert on March 6 and 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the ballroom. The theme is “Celebrate with Music,” and the numbers will include a variety of celebrations. The numbers to be performed are “Celebrate with Music,” “Sunrise,” “Riversong,” “When the Saints Go Marching In,” “Flight Song,” “Like the Beat of a Drum,” “Like a River in My Soul,” “African Canticle” and “My Wish for You.” The SunBird Ringers will perform, and there will also be a couple of surprise solo numbers. In total, the music represents a variety of styles and rhythms, and learning them has kept the 65 members, the directors and the accompanists busy since early January. There is no charge to attend the concerts, but there will be opportunities to make donations so that we can continue to provide some new music at each future concert. The SunBird Singers and Ringers hope to see you on March 6 or 7.
