Utilizing pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils and their accompanying daily supplements is beneficial at any age but should definitely be considered for our senior generation throughout our golden years. It is never too late to take a natural approach to taking care of yourself. Essential oils can be included as part of a daily routine of preventative healthcare. During this phase of our lives, ailments and issues may become exaggerated, and essential oils can assist with the care.
The changes that occur during your senior years cause an enormous toll on the body, emotions and mind. As we age, we can experience new health problems, potential loneliness, a reduced sense of purpose, increased fears and even, potentially, the loss of loved ones. The best thing one can do for their health and bodies is to take a proactive approach, while understanding the changes occurring during this time and how essential oils can help.
Some of the things we experience at this phase in our lives are poor eyesight, decreased bone density, weight management, digestive support, hearing loss, thinning of hair, cognitive ability, pain, arthritis, and incontinence. Essential oils can help with all these issues.
