The 2019 Bocce Ball Marathon is in full swing. The competition is fast and furious. Through mid-February, 96 SunBird residents have participated in over 500 games of bocce. Before the marathon is over, we will have played over 1050 games. The marathon participants have been divided into four leagues, and each competing team must play each team on their league roster. Competition will continue through March 17 with the play-off event scheduled for March 30 at 2:00 p.m. All SunBird residents are invited to attend the final play-off and cheer for their favorite team. Bring your own beverage and a snack to share to the final event.
