What a wonderful surprise; a 90th. birthday luncheon. Nearly all my friends were there to help me celebrate. It is hard for me to believe that I have reached this birthday. Deep down, nothing has changed. Inside I am still the same Ingrid who so many years ago was born in Bavaria, Germany, and came to America as a young woman.
Thanks to all my dear friends who shared this birthday with me. You made the day so special for me. I will never forget your kindness.
Next year, if the good Lord is willing, I will be 91 years old. Let’s do it all again, same time, same place, same wonderful friends.
