Join us on Saturday, Dec. 16, for the Tee-Up for Childhood Cancer Golf Tournament at Sunbird Golf Resort, at 6250 S. SunBird Blvd., in Chandler. The tournament is sponsored by the SunBird Lions Club, and proceeds will go toward the diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer.
This will be a four-person scramble. Check-in is at 7:30 a.m. on the patio outside the ballroom, with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. The entry fee is $55 per player (inclusive).
There will be three flights: Men/Open, Women, and Mixed (must have two women).
There will be a $10,000 prize for a hole-in-one on hole number 3, plus hole-in-one prizes on other par 3 holes. There will also be cash prizes for Gross and Net in each flight and prizes for Longest Putt and Closest to the Pins for men and women.
Coffee and donuts will be served on the patio at check-in, and lunch will be served immediately following golf.
