Happy New Year!
Please stop at all stop signs while driving through SunBird. This includes all motorized vehicles and bicycles. Better to take a few moments to be safe than sorry. Speed limits are posted throughout the community. Slow down.
Pedestrians: Please walk facing traffic and stay to the right-hand side of the road. Always carry a flashlight at night and wear lighter colored or reflective clothing if you can.
Hunt Highway Gate: Please, no vehicles with trailers. Use the Riggs Road entrance only if you have a trailer or motorhome pulling behind you.
Gate Codes and Gate Openers: Do not give your gate codes out to delivery drivers, landscapers, or any other visitors who do not live here in SunBird. Gate codes and clickers are for homeowners, designated family members, and registered guests staying here in SunBird. We have a guard at the front entrance of Riggs/Championship Drive for visitors. Let’s all do our part to help keep our community safe. See something, say something.
