SunBird Golf Resort HOA Proposed CC&R and Amendment Results:
The two proposed CC&R amendments were regarding 1) restricting rental properties and 2) restricting level 2 and 3 registered sexual offenders from residing in SunBird. 1,103 (68%) consent forms were returned out of 1,631.
Proposed Rental Restrictions Amendment received 971 (88%) yes in favor, 124 (11%) no opposed. Rental Restrictions Amendment passed.
Proposed Amendment Regarding Sexual Offenders received 1,054 (96%) yes in favor, 36 (3%) no opposed. Restricting Sexual Offenders Amendment passed.
