Worry is the mind racing around trying to find a solution to a situation by a person who still thinks he can solve his own problem, but only God can deliver you so your first response should be to lean on Him. Cast your problems upon God. He knows exactly what to do with them. Paraphrase from Ending your Day Right. “Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God that in due time He may exalt you, casting all or your worries and concerns on Him for he cares for you….” I Peter 5: 6-7.
