Spotlight On Advertiser: Home Instead Senior Care gives back for 20th anniversary

The non-medical home care provider Home Instead Senior Care, with offices in Sun Lakes and Mesa, celebrated its 20th anniversary on May 11. Rather than throwing an extravagant event, they decided to simply give back to our local communities through a luncheon themed, “It’s All About Giving Back.”

In attendance were many of the Valley’s leading non-profit care providers who have worked closely with Home Instead over their many years to ensure care and compassion for seniors throughout the Southeast Valley.

Midway through the luncheon, seven of the attending non-profits were in for a pleasant surprise. The Home Instead Senior Care Southeast Valley office announced that the celebration was not really about 20 years in the home care industry. It was really about giving back to our communities and celebrating the harmonious collaboration between Arizona’s medical and non-medical care organizations.

Those in attendance had merely expected a few hours of socializing, lunch and celebration, so it is easy to imagine the surprise when it was announced that the seven non-profit organizations in attendance would each receive a donation.

This was their way of saying thank you for the continuous dedication and care that these organizations have offered seniors throughout the community, all pursuing the same goal, which is to offer the best possible care for all of Arizona’s seniors.

The recipients included Hospice of the Valley, YMCA Outreach Program for Ahwatukee Seniors, Dignity Health Foundation – East Valley, Alzheimer’s Association – Desert Southwest Chapter, East Valley Adult Resources, Neighbors Who Care and Banner Alzheimer’s Institute. Thank you to Home Instead Senior Care and all of these organizations who passionately dedicate themselves to improving the lives of seniors, not only in Sun Lakes, but throughout the Valley.

Congratulations, Home Instead Senior Care, on 20 years in the home care industry and thank you for giving back to our communities throughout Arizona!
