Farmers market starts for the season on October 10 at 10:00 a.m.; then the second Monday of each month after that during the season. There will be fresh produce, fresh breads, olive oils, cakes, pies cookies, dried fruit, jams, jellies, honey, butters relishes, condiments, pastas and a knife sharpener.

Be a part of the SunBird Community Garage Sale. This will work just like any garage sale and will be open to the general public. Sign up at the HOA office and head out to the casino for the day. Bus will leave SunBird at 8:30 a.m. and leave the casino at 3:00 p.m. Need 40 residents to make this a go.

Yesterday Once More performs classic rock and roll music/doo wop and R and B tunes from the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70’s. Yesterday Once More’s band members have graced the stage with the recording artists Gene Chandler (the Duke of Earl), Shirley Alston Reeves of the Shirelles, the Association, the Vogues, the Lovin’ Spoonful, the Coasters and many more. Tickets are on sale at the HOA office for $10 per person. There will be a full cash bar.
