It was surely an action–packed season with all of the fun activities. It’s always fun to come back to SunBird and see old friends. Some of you will be returning to homes in another state. Please be sure to stop by the HOA office and say goodbye and to check out. We will make the change in our system to your alternate address to ensure that you do not miss anything. Also, be sure to let us know if you have any updates to your account, such as new car information, license plates, telephone numbers, emergency contacts or a new alternate address. The HOA billing will be going out the last week in May with a due date of July 1.
