The SunBird Singers and Ringers have been working hard in preparation for their upcoming Spring Concerts. Mark your calendars for two special evenings: March 11 and March 12, with both performances beginning at 7 p.m. in the ballroom.
Admission to the concerts is always free; however, attendees are invited to contribute to a freewill offering. These donations help cover the cost of music and other expenses necessary to present the program.
This season, the SunBird Ringers will be under the direction of Linda Stadler, a newer member of the SunBird community. Linda has graciously taken on this role, allowing Pat Miller to focus her attention on preparing the Singers for their portion of the concert.
An interesting fact from a recent article in AARP Magazine highlights the positive effects of singing and learning a foreign language on both mind and body health.
