On November 12, veterans, Lions and friends will tee off for 18 holes of golf, fun and prizes.
For the low, low price of $40 you get coffee and donuts at check in, 18 holes of golf with cart (if required), lunch and the chance to win cash and some fantastic prizes. Winners will be paid in cash. There will be a $10,000 prize for all holes-in-one on Hole No. 3. There will be hole-in-one prizes on other designated par three holes. In addition there will be closest to the pin prizes on all par three holes and longest putt prizes for men and women on designated holes.
Applications are available outside the Pro Shop. Hole sponsor information is on the back of the application. Sponsor fees include corporate for $250 and include a foursome for golf, business for $100 and personal for $50 (veterans, memorial, family or individual). Please make all checks payable to SunBird Lions Charities or Lions Foundation of Arizona. Both groups are 501(c)(3) organizations. Your donations may be tax deductible.
Golfers are asked to bring items to donate to Packages from Home. Items are distributed to service men and women around the world.
