Dr. Honora Norton, RCSL Public Image Director
Elaine Ralls, a Sun Lakes resident, joined Rotary Club of Sun Lakes (RCSL) in August of 2018 and has earned Rotary International Paul Harris recognition. She has introduced notable speakers and programs at RCSL meetings, is a consistent and congenial deliverer of Sun Lakes Splash newspapers, and has exhibited “Service Above Self” in a wide variety of RCSL activities.
Elaine’s personal philosophy of “One Big Life” keeps her challenged to give back to the community and stay involved in organizations like RCSL that value leadership excellence and business ethics. She is a founding member of Women Presidents Organization, and she serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau, serving the Pacific Southwest and Bank 34.
