As most of you know, first-class stamps went up on Aug. 29. Individual stamps are now 58 cents; a book of 20 costs $11.60. Flat-rate priority boxes remain the same: $15.50 for medium flat-rate and $21.90 for large flat-rate boxes.
The SunBird Post Office can hold your mail indefinitely; however, after 30 days, there is a fee of $1 per week for our services.
Also, as a reminder, we can only accept cash or checks for services, as we are not set up for debit/credit cards.
Our office hours will change for the winter, beginning Monday, Oct. 4. We will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
We are looking forward to seeing many of you snowbirds who weren’t able to return last year due to COVID-19.
