The SunBird Rattlesnakes will be playing Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, November through March. We play a flighted, modified Stableford format with individual competition. This format assigns fixed points for your stroke score on each hole. “Snake of the Season,” closest to the pin, and progressive KPs are fun and challenging contests with opportunities to win money. Anyone (male, female, or binary) with a current World Handicap System (WHS) index is welcome to play with the Snakes. We have some of the best golfers in SunBird playing, and we have some of the not-the-best golfers playing. This is the most honest game in town, and each of us plays to our own ability, as initially determined by your handicap index. If you don’t have a SunBird golf pass, a discounted “league rate” greens fee is available. Each player pays a $10 tournament entry fee each time they play.
