SunBird Mixed Nuts at the State Finals
We had an amazing end-of-year event in which many of our players got to compete in a fun round robin and win prizes like cars, drinks, and other pickleball trinkets. A delicious lunch was served by Espy. Many thanks to Julie and her staff for a great meal.
The SunBird Mixed Nuts mixed doubles team brought home a bronze medal in the AZ State Finals! Resident players included Joe and Lisa Dingeldein, Dan and Marianna Buescher, Brian Long, Jeff Seaman, Suzanne Lipke, and Mark Daniels. Way to go, team!

Starting May 1, the open play hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 to 9 a.m.; Friday intermediate thrills and drills at 7 a.m. (sign up with Marianna); and Wednesday and Saturday nights at 6 p.m. Sign up on Team Reach for open play times so that we know we will have four players. Contact Marianna if you do not have the code for summer play.
