One open house sign, no larger than 24” by 36” in size, may be placed at the following areas with a minimum of two feet away from the sidewalk and not on the roadway. One sign may be placed at each of the following areas: Riggs Road/Championship Drive, Riggs Road/Cooper Road, Cooper Road/Hunt Highway.
Signs on the perimeter of SunBird are under the jurisdiction of the City of Chandler Neighborhood Resources Code Enforcement Department. Signs not conforming to these codes will be reported to the City of Chandler.
Open house and estate sale signs may only be placed out between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
One open house or estate sale sign, no larger than 24” by 26” in size, may be placed at the property of the home having an open house or estate sale.
The person hosting the open house or estate sale can leave copies with directions to the location of the property at the gatehouse for handout upon inquiry.
