The SunBird annual Meet & Greet gathering on Jan. 24 for 2023 new homeowners was a huge success and a lot of fun. Participants enjoyed some table game raffles, a superb offering of finger foods, compliments of the Horizon Room staff, and many, many door prizes from local businesses that support SunBird. Both Layne Varney and Chuck Heitbrink brought important information for new homeowners, and our committee was hard at work providing an evening of fun and entertainment.
