The first Kare Bear Fair took place on Nov. 2, and we filled the ballroom and the hallway with 43 vendors sharing their homemade wares. It was a great opportunity to pick up some Christmas gifts and see your friends and enjoy a cup of hot coffee and a donut. And it only cost a dollar. Our next fair is on Dec. 7.
Thanks again to Paula Russell of Cactus Realty for donating the donuts for all the Kare Bear Fairs this year. We appreciate your donation.
On Dec. 5 the Kare Bears will celebrate the holidays with a Christmas luncheon to be held in the ballroom at 11:30 a.m. If you wish, bring a $10 wrapped gift for a gift exchange.
There are two events coming soon that you don’t want to miss. In February we will be hosting the annual Style Show with the infamous emcee, Jill Ponce. And Feb. 25 is the Carrie Underwood Concert. We hope that you plan to attend.
