Hartford Sylvia Encinas Elementary is having a Holiday Toy Drive. They are collecting 1,800 unwrapped toys ($10 to $15 value) for their annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting their Title I students (4-12 years of age). Please drop off your donations to their front office at 700 N. Hartford, Chandler, Ariz., before Dec. 18. Any unused toys will be donated to children in foster care and orphanages.
