The excitement of the new year is in the air! Anticipation of new adventures, even some resolutions, brings us hope and faith. In that spirit, we would like to invite you to join us this new year for fellowship, Bible teaching, Worship, and uplifting, powerful messages at the Community Church of SunBird. We meet Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. in the ballroom.
At the Community Church of SunBird, we enjoy reaching out to others. Our first Outreach Project for 2022 is helping the Hamilton High School homeless students. These students are either homeless and/or economically challenged and face various hardships. We work with a network of individuals and businesses to provide basic needs for these students and their families. This program encourages students to stay in school, focus on their studies, and graduate by alleviating some of their stress. We provide things like water, snacks, school supplies, hygiene products, and even shoes. The items are brought each week and deposited in a bin on the information tables. The items are then taken to Hamilton High School each week. This is one way for us to show these young people and their families that we care.
We continue full steam ahead with our six gifted pastors bringing us dynamic and powerful messages. We invite all of you to join us any and every Sunday at 9 a.m., in the ballroom, for an hour that will bless your heart and your soul.
