Classes are offered for SunBird residents on a year-round basis. The next entry level class will start in September.
The program offers an extraordinarily simple approach to getting on the dance floor in record time. It focuses primarily on the music being played and our connection with our partner. It’s dancing reduced to its simplest format ever. Much less formal than ballroom dancing, you’ll be strutting your stuff on small, crowded dance floors to any kind of music you may prefer … standards, golden oldies, rock ‘n’ roll, country, whatever suits your fancy.
