BPW Arizona Recognized for 100 Years of Helping Women Succeed

The Business and Professional Women’s Club (BPW) of Phoenix congratulates BPW Arizona for 100 years of tirelessly promoting the interest of working women and their families.

Congratulations to Rose Pachura for serving as former State President for the Chapters for Sun Lakes in 2002, and 1999 Chandler BPW, and former State President for BPW/AZ in 2009. Rose was honored as State President on Oct. 23 at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel in Phoenix, for celebrating the 100-year anniversary as a member for this club. Rose was honored as State President with a Past State President for 2009 banner and a beautiful bracelet at the BPW/AZ fall board meeting.

Rose’s family, husband Dennis and daughter Julie, came to celebrate the happy 100th anniversary for Rose. The mission of BPW/AZ is to provide a voice and take an active role in creating equity for women and their families through advocacy, education, leadership development, and networking.

The Business and Professional Women’s Club of Phoenix, Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization founded in September of 1915.

As one of its six founding local organizations, we are proud of our affiliation with BPW Arizona and the work accomplished through our mutual efforts.
