The Italian Club finished the season with a Patio Party. We celebrated the successful delivery of the SunBird monthly newspaper for the months of November, December, January, February, March, and April. The club invited those members of the German Club who helped fold and deliver the newspapers. The club provided roasted and fried chicken, along with potato salad. Members brought side dishes and desserts. At the party it was announced that the club would again sponsor a once-a-month summer luncheon series. A sign-up sheet was circulated at the Patio Party. Our club will not meet again until Thursday, Oct. 10. We wish everyone a great summer. Stay safe and healthy. Look for articles through June, July, August, and September filled with Italian cultural news and other tidbits.
