If you are unable to attend a Homeowners Association (HOA) monthly board meeting in person, you can still stay informed and engaged. In response to requests from residents, the board began posting video recordings of the monthly meetings on the HOA website starting in May.
• How to Access Meeting Videos
To view the videos, you will need to log in to the sunbirdhoa.com website using your assigned sign-on credentials and password. If you have not yet set up an account, please contact Wendy Armijo in the HOA office for assistance.
• Finding the Board Meeting Videos
Once you are signed in, navigate to the Board and Committees section of the website. Click on the pull-down menu and select “Board Videos” to access recordings of past meetings. For added accessibility, text versions of the videos are also available.
• Stay Connected and Engaged
The board encourages all residents to watch the meetings to see your board in action. If you have questions or concerns after viewing a meeting, you may submit a comment sheet. The board will review submitted comments and attempt to address them at the next scheduled meeting.
