Please join us for a program prepared just for you on Thursday, March 14, at 10 a.m. in the Oakwood clubhouse ballroom, 24218 S. Oakwood Blvd. in Sun Lakes. A continental breakfast will be served (gluten-free available upon request with reservation), along with live music and followed by a guest speaker. The cost is $20, including tax and gratuity, payable by cash or check at the door. Arrive early to enjoy special music provided by Roz Pederson, a Sun Lakes resident.
Roz has a degree in piano performance, plays with the Keyboard Connection, and has been featured in concerts here in Sun Lakes.
Our inspirational speaker, Georgia Golling from Eagle, Idaho, was adopted and reared by Greek parents. She and her Air Force veteran husband have been married for 58 years and have lived in 31 houses. Her occupations and Greek culture have taken her across both oceans for an adventuresome life, which she will share about in her humorous talk entitled “Oh, My Big Fat Greek Wedding.”
Our special feature, Marie Burns of Chandler, is a certified financial planner, financial health coach, and author. Her Your Amazing Itty Bitty® financial books may just save your life financially with their easy-to-follow steps that take the overwhelm out of your finances, before and after major life events. She will have them available for purchase after the program.
Terry Kerr, our guest soloist, with accompanist Larry Hume, will share music during the morning program. Both Terry and Larry are members of the East Valley Chorale. Terry has been a featured soloist on several of the Chorale’s recordings, including their most recent recording.
The Crystal Card Project greeting cards will be available for purchase before and after this event.
