Week 1 – June 5
Demolition the walls, construction new wall, grind concrete flooring and electrician to begin
Week 2 – June 12
Finish new wall texturing, move existing walk-in cooler and freezer to new location, and new equipment to arrive
Week 3 – June 19
New hood to arrive be installed with all mechanical equipment
Week 4 – June 26
Fire sprinklers to be in-lined, ceiling grid work installed, plumber for gas and water hook-ups and all other mechanical, electrical work to begin
Week 5 – July 3
Electrical work and plumbing to continue
Week 6 – July 10
Seal flooring and cure
Week 7 – July 17
Install new equipment and test
Week 8 – July 24
Install new equipment and test
Week 9 – July 31
Schedule final inspections
Week 10 – August 7
Begin moving inventory and supplies back into kitchen.
Clean dining and bar area
