• Reserve Fund: $1,075,268.52

• Capital Improvement Fund: $17,606.11
Good news: Revenue exceeded expenses for the year.

The committee is also working on improving crosswalk safety near the clubhouse.
City of Chandler Grant Opportunity
Discussions have begun regarding a City of Chandler matching grant for landscaping improvements along Hunt Highway. The program may contribute up to $12,000 toward qualifying enhancements.
Legal Update
The HOA has responded in the J. Klatt matter and is awaiting further direction from the court.
