Frank Nechvatal
The club met on the second Tuesday of November at 6:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Room. This meeting was to organize the Christmas Luncheon on December 12 at Floridino’s Restaurant beginning at 11:30 a.m. Chris Nechvatal began collecting money ($15 per person) for the event. A Christmas gift exchange was also proposed – keep gifts to about $10. For any members who missed the meeting and wish to attend, please contact Chris at 883-9262 to arrange payment.
After the meeting, we had pizza and talked about family traditions and favorite recipes for Christmas and showed a video about Christmas traditions across Europe, especially in Britain, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria.
