A packed field of 164 golfers turned out for this year’s Greenskeeper Tournament on Saturday, March 18. The golfers were treated with coffee, donuts, great weather, generous sponsors, competitive teams, a great lunch, and a wonderful payout. In addition to providing great fun and golf, the tournament was one of the most successful fundraising events for the golf club, with a net profit of over $6,000!
Congratulations to Co-Chairs Brendan Waddell, Course Superintendent Dave White, and Kelly Davis. Thanks also to Suzanne Popelka, Wayne Onyx, Jack Cooper, and the tens of volunteers who collaborated on this successful event. Finally, thanks to all the players who helped make this a great event!
