Notice: If you had a variance permit to park a vehicle in the street in front of your property, it may be expired. Parking variances expire October 1 of every year. Homeowners with a valid need for a variance will need to submit a new request to the HOA Office and pay the $5 fee upon approval. The variance permit must be displayed on the rearview mirror.
Not all variances will be approved.
Rule Book of May 2014, page 11:
g. The cost for a variance is $5. Parking variances expire October 1 of every year. Any homeowner with a valid need for a variance will need to submit a new request to the HOA Office at that time, and pay the $5 fee, upon approval. The variance permit must be displayed on the rear view mirror. Unusual circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Rules Compliance Committee.
