Don’t we all love holiday décor? Susan Haviland of Poppy’s Home Décor will bring us a presentation featuring unique holiday décor. This extremely talented interior designer will share ideas and tips to use in our own homes. Susan offers all kinds of classes from home design, craft how-to’s, floral design and make-and-take classes as well as interior design consultations. She has owned Poppy’s Home Décor for 11 years. Since closing Poppy’s she continues to enjoy designing and decorating for others.
Kara Thomas from Cave Creek will inspire us to discover the healthiest remedies for life’s imperfections in “The Perfect Home Remedy.” She is a former TV personality for First Stretch on FOX and CBS networks in Ohio. This nationally certified fitness and wellness director has over 18 years of experience. Kara’s fitness tips and editorials have been featured in national magazines such as Vogue, Women’s Health, Arizona Foothills, Sonoran Live TV, and more. She is the owner of Pilates for Life Core Fitness as well as the fitness director of an award winning resort. Kara will also delight us with special music.
Holiday pre-brunch music will be performed by the Keyboard Connection.

Cancellations need to be made no later than Monday, December 5 by 10:00 a.m. by calling Cindi Decker at 515-770-7974. Reservations not cancelled must be honored. The cost is $15 inclusive at the door. Gluten free or special needs meals will be $1 extra and must be pre-ordered. Any special dietary concerns not pre-ordered cannot be accommodated the day of the event. Cost includes brunch, taxes, gratuity, speaker’s expenses, publicity, and miscellaneous fees.
