New SunBird homeowners in 2022 are heartily invited to an informational meet and greet on Jan. 12 in our ballroom, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., to learn valuable details on our resort. You will have received an official “invite” to this session, but if you have forgotten to respond, please let the HOA office know by Jan. 5 or, alternatively, you can email [email protected]. Your attendance will not only qualify you for door prizes but also will include a bag of goodies, pertinent resort information, finger foods, cash bar, and a chance to rub shoulders with your new neighbors.
