Volunteers of the year 2016: Rose Pachura and Pam Bianchi
The Volunteer Services Award was presented by the St. Steven’s Ladies Guild in Sun Lakes to two recipients.
This award has to be an active member of the guild from starting date September 1 to April at the last general meeting for the summer, which was judged from the membership for being an active member of the guild. The criteria is to work well with others on projects, be a good team leader and coach, be confident in delegating tasks, be outgoing and welcoming to all ladies, be a good listener, seek others’ opinions and encourage others to share ideas. All of the above was presented to Rose Pachura, president, and Pam Bianchi, vice president. They both received a dozen roses and a gift certificate for their services from the membership.
