Unity Church of Sun Lakes is a Spiritual community. We gather together to celebrate Peace, Joy, Love, and Healing. We follow the teachings of Jesus and other wise Spiritual Masters. We study and practice Unity Principles and support each other in living our best Spirit-centered life. Rev. Jeanne MacLaughlin is our minister, and she delivers a message at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning in the Arts & Crafts Room of Sun Lakes Country Club. All are welcome!
Are you thinking of making some life changes? It’s not a New Year’s resolution, but something a little different. It might be to take a walk every day, to go to bed earlier, to write a book, or to take a class. It’s all up to you to make a solid commitment. Write a contract to God for one month and sign it. Do your best to live up to your commitment, and if it is too much to follow, write a new contract for the next month that you think you will be able to follow. Continue every month, and review your contract at the end of each month. If you have followed it easily, you will be on the track to making some happy new changes. What new changes will you make? If you don’t know, meditate and ask Spirit to show you what you really want to have, to do, or to be. Write it down! Take action and know that the Universe will support you in this happy new year.
Unity Church of Sun Lakes collects non-perishable food and monetary donations for Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank. We collected $1,748 in cash and 277 pounds of food in 2023. We appreciate anyone who has dropped off food and has given money for this cause. We collect these items the first Sunday of every month. Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank is a Chandler organization for anyone who is in need of food. May you have a blessed year as we give to those in need.
Activities: Church is at 10 a.m. on Sunday in the Arts & Crafts Room of Sun Lakes Country Club, 25601 S. Sun Lakes Blvd. Look for the directional signs to the covered parking area and the meeting room.
