The SunBird Singers began rehearsing in January for the spring concerts to be presented March 4 and 5. The concert will be held at the SunBird Community Center Ballroom, and will begin at 7 p.m. Our theme for this spring is “Home.” You will recognize some of the numbers, either from musicals, TV shows, film, or even your own childhood. Composers include the Gershwins, Johnny Mercer, and several modern artists. We’re sure you will enjoy the wide variety of music as much as we will enjoy presenting it to you.
The concerts will be performed in the SunBird Community Center Ballroom at 7 p.m. on each of the two dates. Admission is free. We gladly accept your donations at the door—either on your way in, or on your way out. Or both! We are a non-profit organization, and all the donations are used to cover the cost of music and performance-related expenses. Please join us on March 4 or 5.
