Welcome back to our winter residents and visitors! Be sure to stop by the SunBird Post Office and the HOA office to let us know you have returned.
Here are a few reminders:
We cannot accept bills larger than $20 before 10 a.m. or after 1 p.m. Also, cash or checks only!
If you plan on leaving for the holidays, please come to the SunBird Post Office to fill out a Vacation Hold card. Please do not put the card in your mailbox, as we will not know that you are away.
For any misdelivered mail, please return the mail to our office so that we can return it to the carrier to redeliver.
Holiday stamps will be available this month. Be sure to check out the savings by using the Flat Rate boxes for those heavier items. All Priority parcels are tracked and insured for $50. You can always add additional insurance.
All outgoing mail leaves our office daily, Monday through Friday, between 2 and 2:15 p.m. and at the blue collection box in the parking lot at 2:15 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Our office will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day and also on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28 and 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
