What a great way to start the new year with playing Bingo at SunBird Golf Resort and even having a double-your-money winner.
On Jan. 5 SunBird Lions Club started the year with some great new games and lots of goodies at its snack table for a nominal fee. The lucky winners were Maggie Ryl, Bunny Simpson (won two games), Anita Hupp, Linda Brandon, Marilyn Klooster, Diane Daniels, Jeffrey DeVoul, Irene Zeppelin, Marsha Downs, Reinetta Moore, Loren Carrel, David Ferkul, and Joyce Dougal, and Beverly Wilson was our big coverall winner.
SunBird Lions Bingo is held the first and third Friday of each month through April and is open to the public. You must be at least 18 years of age to play.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., selling of game packets begins at 6 p.m., and games begin at 6:30 p.m.
